The name says it all. This is a Tiny home 94 out of 100 squares so you automatically get the tier 3 rewards of Lighten the load and Feelin' fine all the time. I set the traits to Chef's Kitchen, Child's Play and Good Schools so your young sim family of up to 4 can get the best start. I fiddled with the lot until I was able to include the computer, tv, chess table and grill. Enjoy.
