This was built in Isla Paradiso at Palm Beach, Pirate Island. You can place it anywhere you like, of course, but you'll have to do some adjusting of the landscape. Floors #2 and #3 are marked with a Level Skip marker to make it faster to get to and from your 4th floor apartment. You can remove the Level Skip markers using the "restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false" cheat if you prefer to visit these levels. There are two NPC doors on each hidden level. To place plants in the rooftop garden, activate the Move Objects On cheat and then plant as normal.

To look like the photos you have to have the items listed below. If not, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
