One-Story Home on Corner Lot

I don't build a lot of single-story homes because I prefer to build UP, not OUT (this way you can get all you need on a smaller lot size, still have yard space, and it's easier on everybody's computers). But I know a lot of players prefer single-story homes, so I figured I'd add this one to my catalog, and I liked the way it turned out! The home does include a basement but it's bonus space like an office and laundry and such. (There's also a guest room that can be used for your butler. Most of my Sims employ butlers so they don't have to call babysitters all the time!) All the main family living is on a single story. On the main floor you have four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open-concept kitchen/living/family room, parlor with piano, and garage parking for two vehicles. Built on a 30X30 lot, the yard is on the small side but that means less maintenance! There is still room in back for a pool and some playground equipment for the kids.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. If you don't own the items listed, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list below to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.) Some stencils and overlays have been removed using the SOMPA mod by velocitygrass.
