Hello and welcome to The Sims 3 for this house build i have made.
Now i am going to say i am verry proud of this house and i love
this place (So Very Cozy) indeed.

It is kinda a mix of all the colours in the rainbow all the way
inside the house.
Outside it is Mint Green and Nickerball Red (LIGHT RED) with all
the whites and light wood u will find.

The key to this build was ( AERO DYNAMICS ) with the roof design
and ( FLOOD PROOF ) with the fountains serounding the entire
boat witch is cool.
