This commercial lot is tastefully landscaped and fully furnished for a fabulous night out for your sims.





The first floor features plenty of seating and standing room for conversation or just lounging back to enjoy the music. In the back room, your sim
can find other sims to enjoy conversation with over drinks at the bar. Uh oh! Some sim spilled their drink! Not to worry, just have them pop into
the wardrobe room and your sim will be back to the party in no time.




On the balcony, your sim can while away the time enjoying a comedy routine, or enjoy the dulcet tones of a violin concerto.
