New Horizons

Although this is not a beach lot, you can achieve the horizon view by placing it next to the sea. Your sims will see for miles from the back decks and patio. They also have views from the pool on the upper deck (thanks to transparent tiles by niol), and there are views out of the many floor to ceiling windows. You could say this is a house with a view. The modern style will hopefully appeal to our modern Sims2 simmies, who maybe aren't quite as modern as they once were, but we still love them.
