Base game Sim, Christy Stratton, unfortunately lost her heart to Goopy Gils Carbo, moved in with him, and then discovered that he had many loves. She immediately moved out and because I felt sorry for her, I built her this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with pool and jacuzzi so that when she finds the right guy (it's hard to do that in base game world, most of them are either romance or money minded) she will have a large home with plenty of room for the family she hopes to have.
Christy's new house has hardwood and tile floors, gourmet kitchen with island and breakfast nook, hall closet (in case you wonder what that tiny room in the living room is, it's supposed to provide a foyer so that you don't walk right into the living room), dining for 6, and lush landscaping. I only hope Christy will be able to fulfill her dearest hopes in this house, rather in her model of this house.
