This can be used as either an owned or unowned business although sims won't be able to buy from the gift shop if it's unowned.

The third story goes out to a roof top area featuring the 'Whatchamacallit Thingamebob!" Really it's a stereo.

There is also the observation platform with telescope.

On placing the lot the game will delete some of the footpath tiles. To replace the diamonds use CTRL F and the dropper tool and save.
