I had so much fun with this little lot the other day that I decided to do another makeover, to what it is supposed to be- a starter house. I always find it a challenge, but a good challenge, to get a decent looking house with no cc for $20,000 and under. This is more Tuscan inspired than true Tuscan.

This time the house is for one or two sims with one bedroom and an en-suit. The other bathroom, or it could be a laundry room isn't furnished. I put the kitchen bin just around the backdoor as there wasn't really room inside. A trash compacter could be used instead.

Includes all the basics with a smoke alarm and a phone, but no burglar alarm.
