This is an updated, and hopefully better, version of my Sandy Beach house. I created that a long time ago when I was just learning to build and thought I could do better. The layout and content is slightly different, but it's essentially the same house.

There are 5 bedrooms, one of which is being used as a gym. There is an en-suite master bedroom, an en-suite guest room, a nursery and main bathroom upstairs, as well as a boys' bedroom.

Downstairs also has a bathroom as well as a lounge, a large kitchen-diner and games room.

Outside there is a hot tub a chess board and a pirate ship for entertainment!

This lot could probably be turned into a guesthouse quite easily.
