Stoneybrooke House has been built especially for Crowborough. The house has been divided into four apartments, each with a small balcony at the back of the house. The two apartments on the left side of the building have two bedrooms, the other two have one bedroom. Each of the apartments is fully furnished, varying from cheap and sparse furnishing to keep the rent down for sims just starting out in life; to more lavishly furnished apartments for those who are seeking to spend their hardearned simoleons.
