Here we have the classic base game house, Ranch Retreat, split and turned into two 'apartments'.

Both apartment's rent is exactly the same: $1,246. The apartments have the basic amenities, as well as one bedroom.

The front of the lot is decorated with a large fountain as well as plenty of hedges and flowers!

This lot is perfect for the single guy/gal/non-binary pal, or a happily married couple.

I do have the Ultimate Collection so be sure to at least have all EP's and SP's installed before using my lot!
