This is another old lot of mine I have recently dug up and fixed up to share. This lot played a part in many play throughs with friends in which we placed three merged households onto the lot, one family per house. It was like controlling three households at once, which is actually a lot of fun. The three houses on this lot are all unique and each home offers a different personality. They each have a uniquely designed backyard and pool area as well as individual cars and landscaping. Although chances are any Sims living on this lot will pop in and out of the other houses on their own, for me it makes it fun to interact with the neighbors and stir up drama between households. The styles of these homes are based around designs of Florida homes I have seen during travel. The roof of the blue house is directly based on a Key West roof style that was present on a lot of buildings. Also, each home is designed to be able to house up to four Sims each.

This lot was originally built on the Mirabello Plaza. The mailbox that is used to collect the bills for this lot as well as the trash can is located in front of the purple house, but each house also has it's own recycling bins.

I hope you enjoy this little street lot and have fun placing different Sims and seeing just what kind of drama unfolds between neighbors
