Hi everyone! I'm here today to bring you a new little beach house for your tropical worlds! This is another new house I built for my new game set in Sunlit Tides called Sandy Point. I actually based the look of the home off of a home I have seen in Key West Florida.

The house has two bedrooms and three bathrooms and is able to occupy a family of up to four Sims. The floor plan is an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining room all sharing space on the first floor. A large bathroom and screened porch complete the first floor. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with a closet and full bathroom. They also both have sliding doors leading onto a shared back balcony. There is also a small bonus room on the second floor that I left empty that you can use for whatever you wish! The backyard features a small pool area, fire pit, barbecue, and a detached garage building. The entire property is then finished off with lush vegetation and bright colorful flowers!

I really hope you all enjoy this little build! It fits perfectly into the tropical worlds and offers plenty for your Sims to enjoy! Happy Simming!
