For Sims that enjoy spending time at the beach, I present to you, Lemongrass. This large family home sits atop a cliff in Isla Paradiso (or wherever you may choose to put it) overlooking the ocean, with a wonderful view of the sunset. The main features of the house are as follows:

- A large spacious living room
- Full kitchen and separate breakfast nook
- Large family dining room
- Four bedrooms
- Five bathrooms
- A two car carpport
- A recreation and exercise room
- And plenty of outdoor balconies to sit on and enjoy the afternoon with a cup of iced tea!

This house also is one of the few homes I have created with a front yard swimming pool. Although, with the secluded surrounding of the home and tall hedges, privacy is no problem. The backyard includes a fire pit and grilling area and the front yard even includes a water balloon throwing game for the kiddies. Upstairs are three main bedrooms and one guest room (the yellow bedroom), all ready to sleep a big family comfortably. I really enjoyed building this beach home and hope you all enjoy it in your game as well!
