Greetings, Simmers!

For several years, I drove past this house on my way to and from work.... and I really wanted it! Imagine my surprise, while seeking out Sears kit homes, to find this floor plan among them. Changes had been made to the exterior on the property... the swimming pool and a garage that had been expanded into a 3-car "garage-ma-hall". But it was, without a doubt, this Sears kit from 1930. I truly hope that you will enjoy it in your game...

This house is built on a 3x4 lot and costs 136,899 simoleons, fully furnished

Aside from walls, floors and my recolors of maxis items, I tried to keep the custom content at a minimum.....
