Greetings, Simmers!

What better way to ring out the old year than with a brand new 100 year old Sears house!

While looking for house plans with unique features, I happened upon this 1916 beauty sporting a pergola on the front porch. Nice touch! I'm having visions of climbing roses and ivy.... but that, my friend is entirely up to you....

As with the vast majority of Sears Kit Homes, the rooms are fairly large and foot traffic flows easily from living space to living space. There is a TON of space for whatever sim activities you wish to pursue... inside and outside... I knew 2 elderly ladies (mother in her 90's... daughter in her 70's) who owned one of these houses.... yes, there WAS room for a baby grand piano in the living room, and yes, they had one there! This is a home that you (or your sims) would be proud to own......

there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
