Mega Desert Oasis

I've returned! This time with a creation that is outside the realm of "Midcentury Modern" (or even retro, for that matter).

I had a desire to broaden my horizons and build a desert neighborhood. Most of my sims only experience the "lush" type of terrain. As I began drawing floor plans for houses to build, I found the biggest monstrosity of a ranch-style home I've ever seen. I HAD to build it!!

I tried to keep custom content to a minimum. I almost never use Maxis items in homes I don't intend to upload, so that was a challenge for me. That said, I'm excited to share this behemoth with you! Here's what you get:

- 4 Bedrooms plus Office
- 3 Baths
- Large kitchen, dining room
- Humongous Master suite
- 2 car garage
- Private, enclosed patio with pool
- Colorful, lively landscaping
- Courtyard with fountain


The list goes on. I have furnished the lot using MAXIS ONLY furnishings & decor to minimize custom content. The home is not exactly how I would style it when I play it, but I'm fairly happy with the end result.

I hope your sims enjoy living here (if they can afford the hefty price tag) and I hope they don't get lost in its vacuous, cavernously large spaces.
