Happy Holidays, Simmers!

Inspiration for this lot was the movie I saw recently of an American woman who purchased and renovated a 300 year old Villa and an international real estate ad I found for a property whose roots dated back to the 7th century. All of the walls were a combination of stone and Roman concrete, surfaced in plaster, and hand painted. Many windows flooded the interior spaces with natural light, giving it an open, airy feel rather than the dark and damp that you would expect with stone walls a foot thick. The aged murals and beamed ceilings give the house tons of character.... a place I'd love to call home!

It has: 4 bedrooms, a nursery, 5 bathrooms, 2 library/office rooms, a large entertainment area, lots of open space for a children's play room, living room, dining room, kitchen, work out room and large pool, multiple stair cases and an elevator.
