Hi everyone. I have been going back through many of my older saved games and looking back on a lot of my older properties. I found this little home that was still in mid-build and decided to finish it up. However, rather than furnish it, I decided this time I would share it unfurnished and give you a chance to decorate it however you please to fit your Sims lifestyle. There are two bedrooms in the house, three bathrooms, a laundry room, living room and connected kitchen, formal sitting room, dining room, two car garage, and also a third room upstairs that can act as storage or even a small third bedroom if you so desire. There is a stone patio around the back as well as a small pond to fish in, while still giving ample backyard space to do whatever you may wish I am really happy with this cute little abode as I feel it has a sense of being a home you may find just down the street in a normal suburban neighborhood. I hope you enjoy it and have fun furnishing it and making it your Sim's own.
