Hi everyone! Today we have a new home for your Sims to enjoy!
This little townhouse is based on some of the older historic homes that I have seen while living in Savannah Georgia. I love the look of the small, Victorian style houses and wanted to build one of my own that I felt would be a perfect addition to a historic downtown area of any Sim town. The floor plan is simple and as follows:

FIRST FLOOR:
- Living Room
- Dining Room
- Bathroom
- Kitchen

SECOND FLOOR:
- Laundry Room
- Bathroom
- Master Suite
- Guest Suite

Each bedroom also opens onto a private balcony, one of each side of the home. The backyard is perfect for spending time outdoors under the trees or hosting small parties. There is also room in the driveway for about two cars if you would like!

I hope you all enjoy this little townhouse! I feel it is perfect for any older historic type towns or just anywhere with a similar fun look. Happy Simming!
