Hello again everyone! Today I'm uploading a new little island home for your tropic loving Sims. This little house is meant primarily for either a single Sim or a married couple. There is one bedroom and two bathrooms as well as a kitchen, living room, and lots of open deck space. The home is built to be placed on Palm Beach, Pirate Island in Isla Paradiso. I wanted to make a home that felt natural and open, built of natural wood with high peaked thatched roofs. The main kitchen and living room are set in their own little building surrounded with large glass windows to let in as much natural light as possible. The bedroom and master bathroom can be reached by a set of stairs to another small hut building. The property is surrounded by thick vegetation giving it a good tropical atmosphere. There is a small dock with a boat so you can sail to the mainland whenever need be.

I hope you enjoy this tropical home. It can make a wonderful vacation home for your Sims or a full time residence if they like smaller living. Either way I hope you like it and have fun placing it in your games.
