Hey again everyone! Today I am back to bring you yet another elaborate mansion for your Sims to enjoy. This is Opulence, an estate comprised of a five bedroom mansion as well as a neighboring lot that includes two large swimming pools, and a pool house building. The house and pool are meant to be placed in Starlight Shores on the lots 12 Buckshot Lane and 12.5 Buckshot Lane. These two lots are already combined into another double property in game.

The pool house on the second lot is more of a changing building, built with two separate rooms, each with two smaller rooms that each have a shower and toilet. The rest is set up as common space for friends to relax after a dip.

The main house includes a large floor plan with many different rooms. The layout is as follows:
