This classic yet modern pattern is called asanoha ("hemp") in Japanese. It is part of a series that includes the same pattern combined with tiles and paneling.
It comes in 5 colors, and it has appropriate specular and bump maps, so it's very shiny!

It can be found under walls->wallpapers, and costs 2 simoleons. (Cheap!)
