Here's a nod to the long history of bathing culture in Islamic nations around the world- which in itself owes much to the bath houses of the ancient Romans. I tried to minimize the number of extensions used in this, and I paid great attention to routing. Because looks should always come second to playability in my opinion. Your sims can reach all the facilities on the same level with as little walking as possible.
The exception on this is the roof garden, which is set up as a clubhouse. Just click the door in the coffee house and go to "Lock door for"->"Club"->"everyone but (your club) members" and your club will have its own private party spot.

Important! In order to make this look properly Middle Eastern you will need to download two Custom Content items.
