Due to the house being on an island, the lot is NOT flat.

How to add the lot to your neighbourhood:
- Place a 20 x 20 lot in the ocean in edit town mode
- Place the lot on that empty lot, and you should be good to go.

Routing:
Even though the stairs go into the water they have been playtested and can be used by everyone (Newspaper delivery, sims from children & up). The landing after it is also routable, so if your sims go swimming they'll thread the water from the rocks & then swim where you instructed them to.
A thing to note is though, that sometimes sims will have an issue if you try to send them home from boating. The sims will get home fine if they were on the mainland, but if they were on the ocean & on a boat, you might need to manually click near the home and choose "boat here" and then have them leave the boat & swim the rest of the way. I have no idea why it happens since it seems to be random & I tried to changle the landscape in every different way & change the front of the lot, but nothing fixed it. So just be mindful of that. Every type of service works though, from getting rid of a pet to maid service, since those come from the maindland.

It's been playtested throughly, and everything can be used accordingly.
The glass roof & some of the windows on the (fake) greenhouse are from the store greenhouse set. However those are the only items used from it, so if you don't have it you can just continue the lattice roofing from the mooring post and replace the windows and you're set. Since the whole thing is on a deck if you want to plant harvestables in the greenhouse you will need to type the cheat moveobjects on before planting, or buy planters.

I ticked all expansion packs I used, but most of them don't really matter if you don't have them, and items can easily be replaced.

The only expansion packs you do need for this build to look like it should are Island Paradise & Seasons. & University Life
