Community Spirit Application Home - Walters - No CC

I created this lot for joandsarah77's Community Spirit Contest, and this is/was the lot I used to join in the Application Round. I have tweaked it a bit from the pictures in the contest thread to "upgrade" it a bit, so if you were following the contest it may look a wee bit different.

We were asked to build a home on the given foundation for The Walters, a newlywed couple whom have a budget of 25k, and are expecting a baby soon. Since the contest called for no CC in this round, this lot was made with no CC, but I do have all EPs/SPs installed.

The house has all the basics included (fire alarm, burglar alarm, phone), two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms as well.


There is some minimal landscaping (which attract butterflies and bees!), yard space for expanding the home and a porch with space for a bench or recliner should you see fit.


I playtested the home for a Sim week and there were no routing issues. I hope you enjoy adding this home to your neighborhood!
