Inspired by the application foundation provided in a recent contest , I decided to make a small series of newlywed starter homes, all under 25k with the same guidelines as the contest.



This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms (master and nursery).
  • 1.5 bathrooms.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Nursery with skill toys and potty to use as a toddler.
  • Generous kitchen and hallway space to avoid collisions.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
