Yeah, you knew it was coming - especially if you have spied my Journal.

Inspired by the application foundation provided in a prior contest, I decided to make a home for each family on the Round 2 foundation with the budget of 35k. I have also tried to adhere to the rules of the contest in regards to the families needs and wishes, to make this a fun challenge for myself.



This home has:
  • 2 bedrooms.
  • 2 1/2 baths (private ones for both bedrooms).
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Space plotted for a driveway later with a "bump" of land as a parking brick.
  • All of the requirements under the spoiler tag - Private access computer space, shed, and special office chair for the parent. Radio, flowers, and barre for the child.
  • Minimal landscaping, but enough to attract the butterflies and bees.
  • Colors befitting the Elliott family requests.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
