Inspired by the application foundation provided in a recent contest , I decided to make a home for each family on the application home foundation with the budget of 25k. I have also tried to adhere to the rules of the contest in regards to the families needs and wishes, to make this a fun challenge for myself.



This is my take on a budget modern-ish home for the Sim who likes being in the limelight (like Mr. Evans).
Privacy was maintained in the important rooms (bathroom and bedroom), but large, non-curtained windows don't bother a Sim like James who will be in the public eye anyway.

This home has:
  • 1 bedroom (lots of space to add items).
  • 1 bathroom with bath and separate shower.
  • Fire alarm, burglar alarm, and phone.
  • Unique pool with dual pool ladders.
  • Generous kitchen with plenty of space to add a bar or island counters.
  • Minimal landscaping to keep the cost inside rather than outside!
  • All the requirements under the spoiler tag - exercise rooms that have three types of equipment, pool space, wooden Sim model.
  • Motivational wallpaper of cheering crowds in said exercise rooms.

No CC was used, but all EPs/SPs are installed.
