A true handyman's special, this one's for you! Everything is old and nothing is new!

I shared this privately for Simblreen on Tumblr, but many here may not go there, so I wanted to share it with you guys too.

This abandoned starter home is in need of a LOT of T.L.C. and you just may be the Sim it needs to restore it to working condition! Sure walls and floor tiles may be missing, but look past all the weeds and ivy growth and see the untapped beauty. This two bedroom, one bath fixer-upper has an eat-in kitchen, nice sized living room and even some backyard space with garden plots, chess and a grill. There is even space for a canine companion with a pet bed, food bowl and a bone. The previous squatter, err, resident was even nice enough to leave behind some? um, ?well loved? furniture, a tent and car to work on! Once all the vegetation is removed, you?ll have money for a fridge and truly start living the good life. (...or just keep it as a neighborhood house for squatters, your choice!)

(NOTE: Sims only entry is the backdoor, until "hazards" are lifted. No fire or burglar alarm either, so sleep with one eye open!)
