I've always liked the bandeau from that rave-like top in GT, but look as I might I couldn't find a separated version of it anywhere. So I took matters into my own hands and did it myself!

Comes in all of the Maxis swatches, is tagged as both Feminine and Masculine, is disabled for random, and uses the Right Index Finger slot.
And on top of it all it's Base Game Compatible!
