Inspired by a real house somewhere in the dense forests of central europe, Larchwood
Point evokes the same snug, secluded and tranquil feeling as its real world counterpart.



The living room contains a fireplace, bookshelf, tv and gaming console (and a tablet).
Attached kitchen has all the amenities (fridge, sink, oven, trashcan) as well as a dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, full of pale gold and pastel blue, and one with two twin-sized beds decorated in a more colourful, youthful style.
Also features one full bathroom with the standard furnishings (shower/tub combo, sink, toilet).
The two spacious decks (one roofed, one lattice topped) each include a dining area, a stereo and plenty of sitting room.
The yard contains the following: a firepit and guitar, treadmill, easel, chess table, tent, bird feeder, woodworking bench, 6 small planters (you'll have to remove the decorative plants from them if you want your sims to garden; otherwise, they look much nicer when they're not empty) and a beautiful natural pond.

The size is 40x30; lot traits are Homey, Convivial and Great Soil.
The lot is fully furnished, decorated and play tested and contains no CC.

bb.moveobjects was used during building so if things look funny after placing the lot, try placing it with the cheat on and off and see which one works.
