Villa Il Roseto

Hi everybody,
This villa was born from a completely different idea but as I constructed and demolished I completely changed the project.
For your Sims who have reached the summit and need a prestigious villa.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden it develops on three levels.
Ground floor: round porch with columns, vestibule, study / library, bathroom, large living room, dining room, kitchen.
Another large round porch with columns on the back overlooking the pool and the well-equipped barbeque area.
First floor: three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the master bedroom with a large terrace overhanging the entrance porch, a bedroom for a girl and a room for the boys divided into two: baby and teenager.
The basement, which is accessed by an external staircase, is very large divided into 4 sections
