Hello,
This is one of the first houses that I created on the sims 4, a beautiful modern two-storey villa with garden and pool.
On the first floor in the hotel room, game / study room for children, game / study room for adults, living room, dining room, kitchen and a very large patio.
On the second floor there are two bathrooms and two full bedrooms plus an empty room, a large terrace and two smaller.
