Hi all,
Here is another creation for you.
Relaxing and comfortable environments for your sims, where both adults and children can socialize and have fun with friends.
Two floors: the first kitchen, dining room, living room, a large covered patio with a grill, a bathroom, a children's room, a sauna, a swimming pool and ample space for children's games.
Second the master bedroom with bathroom.

I thank artists for the items I used.

As usual carpets paintings and other furnishing items are not included in the CC list. If you want to ask them.

TINGELINGELATER Pocci steel build arch:Due to the fact that Tingelingelater links no longer work, and not knowing if they will be restored, I inserted a zip file containing the CC used in the home. If you want to use it in some of your construction, the arc must be specifically searched simply by typing: Pocci, otherwise it does not appear anywhere (I do not know how).
