Blue Butterfly Manor

This is a four bedroom, four bathroom home for your Sim family with space for everyone from the parents, an older child or two and the new baby or toddler that's keeping everyone up at night. There is no CC so nothing extra is required to download it (and the file has recently been cleaned to remove any extra thumbnails so it's just the lot). It's comfortable enough for your Sims to be able to enjoy it with their family Pet, yet has enough flair and style to invite friends over for a backyard pool party or bar-b-que. Welcome to the Blue Butterfly Manor!


On the first floor they have the family living room with space for the whole family to spend time together. A small bathroom on the first floor gives access without having to leave the floor if the family is spending time together. The study in the back allows for some quite space for reading or computer time. The kitchen is large enough for cooking and cleaning up afterwards without everyone getting in each other's way and the formal dining room attached has a breakfast bar that peeks into the kitchen.



There's also everything you need for a small dog on the property or if you want, enough space to swap out to include a large dog or cat. There's even a decorative aquarium in the dining room to give the space a little more excitement along with the fireplace for cold nights and formal dinners with friends, or even just a nice dinner at home with the family.

The backyard has a nice pool for swimming along with a bar-b-que for eating outdoors and room for sims to sit around and relax. I've included a starter garden for those culinary minded or green thumbed having Sims.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large picture window and sitting space for the couple of the home. They have a bathroom of their own as well as a nice covered seating area outside to relax on that looks out over the backyard.


Two of the other bedrooms as well as another bathroom are upstairs as well. A bedroom for an older child which has a bathroom separating it from a nursery for your budding family. The nursery can be converted to an older child's bedroom easily.

The basement has a pool table, bar and small tv and couch for parties or for the family to sit and relax. Another bedroom in the basement serves as the fourth bedroom of the house along with another bathroom for another child, roommate or even butler if your family is fancy.

And the house has capacity for four cars, two of them inside the large garage with a sink for the nearby bar-b-que. The door leading from the garage to the backyard can be locked in Supernatural to keep out zombies from your garden plants or even unwanted Sims from wandering into your yard.
