This space-efficient home has many areas for your Sims to relax. It comes ready-to-play with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 home office, 2 living spaces, and 1 full kitchen/dining space.

I did my best to make the decor feel welcoming and warm, and I place where I'd want to host gatherings if it were a real-life home. At the same time, I wanted it to have a relaxing atmosphere that would be perfect for working from home, reading, or listening to music.

There is intentionally some undeveloped space in the back yard. I wanted to leave room for individual customization, whether that means adding a pool/barbecue area, pavilion, or just overflow hobby items your Sims need that aren't already there.
