This is a very simple home that my father and uncle built with their own hands in 1947 the year after I was born. I lived there with my parents, brother and sister until I married. It is a typical Florida type home of that time period. The original part of the home was 4 rooms and the bath. My father added sun porches to it later which were later designated as dining area and bedroom. I created crawl spaces under the home (which is common for the older Florida homes. The lot has an enclosed carport with the front completely open which was common in my area as there was very little crime at that time. The kitchen has a pass through to the dining room which was a unique feature of the home. The lot has a small vegetable garden to keep your sim family healthy. I really enjoyed visiting my childhood. If your sim likes older homes then this would be the home for him or her.
