This is my very first time I upload a home to this forum. I hope you all happy with this house. It takes a very long time in my computer. Because, i used a dial-up modem.

SimPrice : More than ยง200.000 (95% Furnished)
Requirements : The Sims 2 University


There's deck inside this house for dining room. So I called it "Dining Deck". There's 8 bedrooms, and maybe more than 8 Bathrooms. There's also a Study room, Grand Family Room, Exclusive Family Room, Grand Swiming Pool and Spa, also Basement. There's also a private room for the parents with their own bathroom and hiding room on the attics. In the basement, there's a bedroom and a bathroom. The Study room has a view of staircase. There's also a room above the kitchen (The kitchen also in the Dining Deck) that is still empty. Maybe you can put a musical instrument on it.

Feel free to change everything in this lot. But be careful. You may be broken up the house. See the readme.txt that included in this file.
