I created this lot to be a hotel, but if you think you can effort this 218,366 simoleons residence, not yet furnished, that's up to you . Or you might make it a dorm so that you can move in for free. Three levels, base and roofs don't count. Total 24 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each floor contains mutipurpose rooms which might be apply to be a restaurant, a game center or a fitness center, a library or a souvenir shop. At the back of the hotel is a swimming pool with two separated bathrooms.
