Welcome to the Ocean Waves!
The ocean Waves is a sturdy vessel that can make a perfect home for your seafaring Sims to enjoy. It is surrounded by an expansive private lake rimmed with wild vegetation, where your Sims can enjoy swimming .To the joy of avid fisher-Sims, fishing can be done boat-side, right from the deck, were they can also enjoy outdoor meals in the shade and relaxing under the warm sun.

Amenities include a computer area in the cabin, a complete, fully furnished, 1 bedroom apartment on the basement level, and an unfurnished, expandable section where you can add as many rooms, in whatever configuration you like, on the sub-basement level.
The Ocean Waves body can be recolored in a choice of brick red,deep sea blue and turquoise waters.





Note: If you choose to set the lot down unfurnished, the houseboat shell will not be included. To add the houseboat shell simply make sure you have the roof down and then place. You may need the cheat bb.moveobjects to adjust the placement.
