Description of the floor plan:
Deck / 1st level:
- stairs leading to the boat (sims will actually use the stairs and not just walk through the walls of the boat, though that is a possibility if you would like to remove the stairs.)
- open deck with dining table
- open 'foyer'
- living room
- water surrounding boat is a usable pool

Second level:
- two staircases lead up to the dining room
- kitchen with cooking island, two fridges, and a bar
- office / study / creativity space leading to a small balcony

Basement level:
- engine room (easily converted into more living space or more bedroom(s))
- 1/2 bathroom
- kids room (2 beds)
- kids bathroom with two doors connecting the bedrooms
- kids room
- master bedroom with open ensuite bathroom
