Hi! This is my first upload, I hope I'm doing everything correctly.

Credits
This is very heavily inspired by Lhonna's Sunflower - small house for a family. This creator says on their page "Use and include my uploads to your creations, but please give me credits and place the link to my MTS profile." so I felt it was alright.

I built my boathouse from scratch, using the Sunflower as references pictures for the general build and feels.

Game requirements:
I don't know how to check for all games used so I may have erred on the side of caution when checking.
Definitely need: Island Paradise, as it's a boathouse and Seasons for decor. The others should be more easily replaced.
