Building codes in San Myshuno have been improved, and now require all apartments to have thick, sound-proofed walls!




No longer will your Sim be woken up in the night by the sounds of woo-hoo'ing, fighting or music, making them tired the next day. Your night owl Sims can listen to music, practice instruments, workout or whatever noise making activity they like long into the night without triggering an angry knock on the door by a grumpy neighbor.
