Hello, scientists simmers!

Today I finished a generic community lot that I have planed to build ages ago: the famous area 51. Now that we have a more realistic desert neighbourhood, it blends in perfectly.



As we all know, there are a lot of conspiracy theories about area 51 and what it hides. Playing with this, I made a build that apparently has nothing to do with the extraordinary. Apparently.

It looks like a normal government building, and your Sims can visit it as a library or something like that. But underneath it (special staff only) you can find two underground levels that are fullfilled with labs and experimental rooms. Actually, I guess the owner of the building (which has an office upstairs) only allows military personel down there. So if you are into the military career, maybe you can be chosen to acess it.

No futher ado, first things first:

In the ground level you can find the entrance hall, a library and two offices. Also you can have access to the telescopes located outside, in the back of the building. Be aware that the access to the offices and to the pathway that heads underground are restricted.



You can also have free access to a cafeteria that has in the second floor. This was built because some of the staff has to sleep in work sometimes. This way they can have their meals without needing to leave the building.

Going down to the first underground level, you can find:

- Three bedrooms that can hold six military Sims (as said above, they need to sleep here sometimes);
- Storage room;
- 4 labs;
- Bathroom;
- 1 experimental room (need to be almost level 8 in the career to acess it).



The last and most secret floor (or supposed to be, at least), features:

- 3 labs;
- 2 experimental rooms;
- very ultra restricted access room (rumors says that inside this room you can find proof of extraterrestrial life!)... indeed, as you can see, these bodies supposedly are not Sims...



This is a generic lot, so you don't need to be in military career to access the rooms (I just said for storytelling purposes).
