I have the Radiance lighting mod, so these pics are unedited and I apologize that the interior pictures are dark! I also have a road default if you notice the white sidewalks. This will not carry over to the lot uploads!

This one was hard. I gave up the first time but I decided to give it another go, so here's the finished result. I'm too tired to make a furnished version so maybe you'll accept this offering instead . Once again I moved the trash can behind the fence.

THIS WAS BUILT WITH THE SIMS 2 ULTIMATE COLLECTION AND WITH IN-GAME CONTENT! NO CUSTOM CONTENT!

This house has been packed with CleanInstaller so you must use CleanInstaller to open it! I cleaned it with the Lot Compresser and this was built in an empty neighborhood. And I don't know why it's marked as 'furnished' since this is basically unfurnished, but the lot price for this house is $111,994.
