Riverblossom Hills Flophouse [CC-Free]

Today I'm finally following through with my promise to upload more flophouses for Maxis neighbourhoods, bringing you one especially for Riverblossom Hills.

I like to think of this lot as a Bed & Breakfast, but the rooms are so cheap and small that it technically qualifies as a flophouse as well. It's cute and cosy; like visiting grandma's house!

While this lot is completely CC-free, please note that you will likely need most, if not all, of the EP's and SP's for it to function as intended.

It costs §79,810, but individual apartments are very cheap to rent. Perfect for Sims looking to move on a budget!
