This home offers an open floor plan, split level, partial basement and porches.

I find starter homes very challenging. Mostly because you are very limited on funds and they are difficult to make look different from any other starter home. So I took this starter home to the next level and gave it an illusion of having a lower split level when it is in fact a basement. It has a unique look with the roofing over the basement level and very difficult to get under the starter home pricing. A little depreciation was needed to lower the price.
