This home is a traditional styled home with a touch of modern interior. This home offers 1 bedroom, tiled floors, garage, fireplace, master on suite bathroom, powder room and attic.

When I was building this, I didn't know that bed was a fold out bed, so I filled it in with shelves and decorations. Your sims can still use the bed.

If you do not have one or more of the packs or items listed that is fine. The lot will still work. The game will just replace what you don't have with something that you do have.

Known Issues:
When I build, I don't always put things where they should go to work. Here is a list of items I know your sims can't use:

Fireplace ~ Dining chair is in the way
Dining Chair ~ Fireplace is in the way

All my lots are tested, however, if you find something that I may have missed. Please let me know.
